LEGAL NOTICE AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION WYSOX TOWNSHIP NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WYSOX, BRADFORD COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA (THE "TOWNSHIP") AT THE PUBLIC MEETING DULY HELD ON JULY 19, 2017 ENACTED AN ORDINANCE ("THE ORDINANCE"), A SUMMARY OF WHICH IS SET FORTH IN THE FOLLOWING CAPTION: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WYSOX, BRADFORD COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA. DETERMINING TO INCUR LEASE RENTAL DEBT IN THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $312,500 IN CONNECTION WITH FINANCING OF A REFUNDING PROJECT BY WYSOX TOWNSHIP AUTHORITY. DETERMINING THAT SUCH DEBT RENTAL BE INCURRED AS LEASE RENTAL DEBT AND SHALL BE EVIDENCE BY A SERIES OF GUARANTEED SEWER REVENUE BONDS- SERIES OF 2017 IN THE MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $312,500, TO BE AUTHORIZED AND TO BE ISSUED BY SAID AUTHORITY; APPROVING SAID AUTHORITYS CONSULTING ENGINEERS REPORT RELATING TO THE SELF-LIQUIDATING NATURE OF SUCH LEASE RENTAL DEBT; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING PROPER OFFICERS OF THIS TOWNSHIP TO PREPARE, VERIFY AND FILE THE DEBT STATEMENT, THE APPLICATION FOR EXCLUSION OF SELF-LIQUIDATING DEBT AND OTHER APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DEBT ACT OF PENNSYLVANIA GENERAL ASSEMBLY; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING PROPER OFFICERS OF THIS TOWNSHIP TO EXECUTE, ATTEST AND DELIVER A GUARANTY AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO SAID GUARANTEED SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF SAID AUTHORITY APPROVING THE SUBSTANTIAL FORM IF SAID GUARANTY AGREEMENT; GUARANTEEING PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON SAID GUARANTEED SEWER REVENUE BONDS OF SAID AUTHORITY AND MAKING CERTAIN COVENANTS WITH RESPECT THERETO; SETTING FORTH THE DEBT SERVICE TO WHICH SAID GUARANTY APPLICABLE; ESTABLISHING A SINKING FUND WITH RESPECT TO SAID GUARANTY; AND PROVIDING FOR PROPER OFFICERS IS THIS TOWNSHIP TO TAKE ALL OTHER REQUIRED NECESSARY OR DESIRABLE RELATED ACTION IN CONNECTION WITH SAID GUARANTY AGREEMENT. THE ORDINANCE WAS AMENDED TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF THE DEBT SERVICE ON $312,500 ON THE GUARANTEED SEWER REVENUE BOND OF THE WYSOX MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY TO BE GUARANTEED. THE RANGE OF DEBT SERVICE PAYMENTS TO BE GUARANTEED RANGED FROM $315,677.08 TO $328,569.90. THE BIANNUAL PAYMENTS SHALL RANGE FROM $36,507.56 TO $36,507.42. The full text of the Ordinance may examined or inspected by any citizen in the office of the Township Manager of the Township in the Wysox Township Municipal Building, 1529 Hillside Road, Wysox, PA 18848 on any regular business day between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. This Notice is given in accordance with the requirements of and in compliance with Section 8003 of the Local Government Unit Debt Act, Township of Wysox, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
