LEGAL NOTICE Sealed proposals will be received by West Burlington Township of Bradford County, PA at P O Box 120, Burlington, PA 18814 until 5:00 p.m. on April 10, 2017 for the following: Approximately 3000 tons of 2 RC to be 100% crushed and tailgate spread at a minimum of 100 tons/hour. A Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the contract as well as proof of workers' compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on March 28, 2017, Chief Oil & Gas LLC (Chief) has filed a Notice of Intent (NOI) (NOI-2017-0088) with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) seeking Approval by Rule (ABR) pursuant to 18 C.F.R. 806.22(f) for the consumptive use of water for drilling and development of natural gas well(s) on the Teeter Drilling Pad #1 located in Smithfield Township, Bradford County, PA. The peak day consumptive water use for drilling and development at the above drilling pad would not exceed 2,000,000 gallons per day (gpd). Chief Oil & Gas LLC has proposed to utilize water obtained from approved sources which can be viewed at www.srbc.net.
