DUI in Wysox

Kristi Danielle Brown, 23, of LeRaysville, was charged with driving under the influence, careless driving and driving without headlights after she was pulled over for driving without headlights on Route 6 in Wysox.

Police said they detected a smell of alcohol about the vehicle. Brown showed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing and was transported to Guthrie Towanda Memorial Hospital for blood testing.

Testing yielded a result of 0.131 percent blood alcohol concentration, according to police.

A preliminary hearing is set for March 3 before District Justice Timothy Clark of Towanda.

Unauthorized use of an automobile

Pennsylvania State Police charged Kandi Mae Deloach with unauthorized use of an automobile and driving on a suspended license after police were dispatched to Creek Road in Tuscarora Township after DeLoach failed to return a vehicle belonging to the victim.

The vehicle was located at Montrose Campground.

A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21 before District Justice Fred Wheaton of Wysox.
