Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Robert Nero, 27, of Columbia Cross Roads was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for three days (flat), three months electronic monitoring, followed by county intermediate punishment for 12 months; county intermediate punishment involves a combination of restrictions and supervision. It may include home confinement, electronic monitor, and substance abuse treatment. Violations can result in incarceration. Nero was charged with simple assault, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Trooper Robert Kirby of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Nero following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Domica Saxbury, 23, of Ulster was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of nine months, fines of $250, plus court costs, for the offense of hindering apprehension, a misdemeanor. Deputy Dan Bush of the Bradford County Sheriff’s Department arrested Saxbury for the offense occurring on Dec. 19, 2016.

Leslie Jackson, 35, of Troy was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for one month to six months, fines of $1,000 restitution to be determined, plus court costs, for the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Trooper James Gaizick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jackson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Tabatha McGruther, 35, of Gillett was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for four and a half months to nine months, plus court costs, for the offense of statutory sexual assault, a felony of the third degree. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested McGruther following investigation of an incident that occurred in Albany Township.

Garrett Dauberman, 29, of Milan was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 146 days (flat), fines, plus court costs, for the offenses of two counts of retail theft, both felonies of the third degree and criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Officer Thomas Zebrowski of the Sayre Borough Police Department and Sergeant Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Dauberman for the offenses occurring on Nov. 16, 2016 and Oct. 11, 2016.

Tommy Williams, 41, of Canton was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of six months, plus court costs, for the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Deputy Dan Bush of the Bradford County Sheriff’s Department arrested Williams for the offense occurring on Dec. 13, 2016.

Jared Jayne, 22, of Sayre was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 156 days to 18 months, for the offense of criminal trespass, a felony of the third degree. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Jayne for the offense occurring on Jan. 24, 2017.

Shelby Spencer, 24, of Troy was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of three months, fines of $50, for the offense of harassment, a summary offense. Trooper Albert Levanavage of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Spencer following investigation of an incident that occurred in Troy Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons recently entered guilty pleas in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Daniel Weismann, 28, of Waverly, New York, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of retail theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Weismann will be sentenced on Sept. 11, 2017, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Jeremy Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Weismann for the offense in Athens Township.

Monica Tappan, 35, of Athens entered a plea of guilty to the offense of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Tappan will be sentenced on Sept. 11, 2017, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Tappan for the offense in Athens Township.

Joshua McGovern, 31, of Towanda entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor of the first degree. McGovern will be sentenced on Sept. 11, 2017, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper George Jones of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested McGovern following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township.

Leigh Ayers, 45, of Towanda entered a plea of guilty to the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Ayers will be sentenced on Sept. 11, 2017, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Jacob Burgess of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ayers following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough in February 2017.

Tyrone Hartford, 22, of Roaring Branch entered a plea of guilty to the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Hartford will be sentenced on Sept. 11, 2017, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Justin Landsiedel of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hartford following investigation of the incident that occurred in Canton Township in March 2017.

Gordon Crawford, 25, of Towanda entered a plea of guilty to the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Crawford will be sentenced on a date to be determined, following preparation of a pre-sentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper George Jones of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Crawford following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township in January 2017.

District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons recently were placed in the ARD program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Laurie Mosier, 45, charged with the offense of retail theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree, was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Mosier will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Trooper Cody Scepaniak of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Mosier for the offense on Sept. 27, 2016 in Towanda Township.

Christine Kay Keller, 44, charged with the offense of theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor of the first degree, was accepted into the ARD program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Keller will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Keller will pay restitution of $1,200. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Keller for an offense on Sept. 14, 2016 in West Burlington Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons recently were accepted into the ARD Program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda:

Kimberly Kithcart, 23, of Wyalusing charged with the offense of retail theft, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of six months. While on probation, Kithcart will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Kithcart must perform 24 hours of community service. Officer John Fedorchak of the Athens Township Police Department filed the charges in January 2017 for the offense in Athens Township.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons recently pled guilty and were sentenced in Bradford County Magisterial District Courts:

E.J. Stewart, 72, of Towanda entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Timothy Clark, to the offense of harassment, a summary offense, and was sentenced to fines of $75, plus court costs. Trooper Michael Morariu of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Stewart for the offense on April 28, 2017, following investigation of an assault that occurred in Towanda Township.

Bobbi Jo Noto, 34, of Towanda entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of harassment, a summary offense and was sentenced to a fine of $75, plus court costs. Trooper Michael Morariu of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Noto for the offense on April 28, 2017, following investigation of an assault that occurred in Towanda Township.

Timothy Chamberlain, 34, entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Michael Shaw, to the offense of theft, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and harassment, a summary offense, was sentenced to 16 days, plus court costs. Officer Derek Dekar of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Chamberlain for the offense on June 21, 2017, following investigation of an assault that occurred in Athens Borough.

John Kraus, 51, of Sayre entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Michael Shaw, to the offense of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was sentenced to 90 days suspended, plus court costs. Officer Jeremy Horton of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Kraus for the offense on May 16, 2017, following investigation of a disorderly conduct that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Danielle Firestine, 19, of Sayre entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw, to the offense of disorderly conduct, a summary offense, and was sentenced to fine of $100, plus court costs. Officer Thomas Zebrowski of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Firestine for the offense on June 12, 2017, following investigation of a disorderly conduct that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Kendall Martz, 24, of Sayre entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a summary offense and was sentenced to fines of $200, plus court costs. Officer Nikki Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police arrested Martz for the offense on June 14, 2017, following investigation of a disorderly conduct that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Levi Sutton, 23, of Sayre entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and disorderly conduct, a summary offense and was sentenced to 30 days, plus a fine of $200, plus court costs. Officer Briana Hollenbeck of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Sutton for the offense on June 18, 2017, following investigation of a trespass that occurred in Sayre Borough.

Bridget Meadows, 28, of Lockwood, New York, entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Michael Shaw to the offense of retail theft, a summary offense, and was sentenced to a fine of $200, plus court costs. Officer Daniel Thomas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Meadows for the offense on Sept. 18, 2017, following investigation of a retail theft that occurred in Athens Township.

Jason Thetga, 35, of Towanda, entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Timothy Clark to the offense of harassment, a summary offense, and was sentenced to a fine of $100, plus court costs. Trooper Albert Oliveri of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Theft for the offense on July 15, 2017, following investigation of an assault that occurred in Towanda Township.

Collin Roberts, 32, of Henryetta, Oklahoma, entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of harassment, a summary offense and was sentenced to a fine of $300, plus court costs. Trooper Robert Impaglia of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Roberts for the offense on July 4, 2017, following investigation of a harassment that occurred in troy Township.

Bobbie Giggie, 33, of Sayre, entered a plea of guilty before District Magisterial Judge Jonathan Wilcox to the offense of harassment, a summary offense and was sentenced to fines of $300, plus court costs. Trooper Michael Morariu of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Giggie for the offense on July 9, 2017, following investigation of a harassment that occurred in Ridgebury Township.
