Hampton Inn by Hilton in Sayre wins second Connie Award

Hilton Hotels announced the winners of the 2018 Connie Awards, an award named after Hilton’s founder, Conrad Hilton. This award is presented to the top ranking hotels within Hilton’s portfolio of hotels. The Hampton Inn by Hilton in Sayre received this prestigious honor for the 2018 calendar year.

Out of more than 2,400 Hampton Inns, Hilton only gives this award to the six Hampton Inns with the highest combined guest satisfaction and quality inspection scores. This is the second consecutive year that Hilton has presented this award to the Hampton Inn in Sayre.

A Hilton Brand Awards Recognition Dinner was held on March 27 at the Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas, Nevada to honor Hilton’s Connie Award Winning hotels. General Manager Carolyn Nasoni and Front Office Manager Rylie Ficarro attended this celebration at Hilton’s invitation, to represent the Hampton Inn in Sayre.

Nasoni attributed the hotel’s success to its dedicated and caring employees. According to Nasoni, “We continue to share a common goal which is to give every guest an outstanding travel experience and to show every guest that we care.”

The Hampton Inn by Hilton in Sayre is under the ownership and management of Millett Hospitality Inc., which also owns and operates the Hampton Inns in Tunkhannock, Clarks Summit, Bloomsburg and Lewisburg, as well as the Hampton Inn & Suites in Wilkes-Barre and the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Dickson City.
