TOWANDA — Dale’s Depot held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday to celebrate the grand opening of its 513 Main St. facility in Towanda Borough. The nonprofit serves as a foster care closet and diaper bank for the community. It originally operated from the First United Methodist Church at 105 Main Street before moving into its new facility.
