Past Master’s ceremony

Roman Lodge No. 418, Free and Accepted Masons, held its 150th yearly Past Master’s program on June 21 at the Roman Masonic Hall, Rome, Pennsylvania. Following the Past Master’s ceremony, brother William W. Them, P.M., Union-Wyalusing Lodge No. 108, presented a slide show program on peregrine falcons. Refreshments were served in the social room following the meeting. To qualify for membership, a petitioner must be male, at least 18 years of age, one who believes in the existence of a Supreme being, of good moral character, motivated to join for reasons unrelated to personal gain or profit, prompted by a favorable opinion of Free Masonry, desirous of earning knowledge and willing to conform to the ancient usages and customs of the fraternity.
