Dylan Robbins, 32, Laceyville was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 28 days to 12 months, followed by probation supervision for a term of 12 months, and pay fines of $350, plus court costs, for the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Troopers Robert Borkowski and Scott Hawley of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Robbins following investigation of incidents that occurred in Towanda Borough and Wysox Township on October 31, 2018, and April 25, 2018.

Katelyn Roach, 26, Ulster, was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of 12 months, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession of Drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Officer Casey Shiposh of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Roach for the offense occurring on March 3, 2019.

James Parkhurst, 52, of Towanda, was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of nine months, and fines of $200, for the offense of Corruption of Minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Miranda Musick of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Parkhurst following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township on July 2, 2018.

Ryan Austin, 25, Middlebury Center, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Leaving the Scene of a Vehicle Accident where Injury Occurred, a felony of the third degree, Tampering with Evidence, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and Driving under DUI Suspension, a summary offense. Austin will be sentenced on September 2, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Robert Edgerton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Austin following investigation of these incidents that occurred in Wells Township on June 4, 2019.

Rebecca Richlin, 38, Dushore, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and Criminal Trespass, a felony of the third degree. Richlin will be sentenced on a later date following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tracy of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Richlin following investigation of an incident that occurred in New Albany Borough on March 26, 2019.

While on probation, Robinson will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Justin Millard of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Ronbinson for the offense on August 26, 2018 in New Albany Borough.

Dakota Hinckley, 25, Towanda, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 31 days to 12 months, and fines of $250, plus court costs, for the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Patrick Roman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Hinckley following investigation of an incident that occurred in Ulster Township on December 23, 2018.

Keith Harbst, 29, Ulster, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for one month to five months, and fines of $150, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Harbst had been sentenced to probation but failed to comply with the conditions. Probation was revoked and the case was set for resentencing. Trooper Robert Borkowski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Harbst following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township on June 21, 2017.

Dana Harbst-Burkhart, 47, Athens, was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of six months, and fines of $300, plus court costs, for the offense of Driving Under the influence, a misdemeanor. Officer Thomas Zebrowski of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Harbst-Burkhart for the offense occurring on February 23, 2019.

Colby Lawton, 24, of Athens, was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of 12 months, and fines of $450, plus court costs, for the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Eric Eccker of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Lawton for the offense occurring on November 18, 2018.

Carl Coon, 25, Athens, was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of 12 months, and fines of $450, plus court costs, for the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Scott Ringhiser, 41, Sayre, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for five days to 62 days, and fines of $25, plus court costs, for the offenses of two counts of Disorderly Conduct, both summary offenses, and Driving a Vehicle Without Inspection, also a summary offense. Officer Casey Shiposh of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Ringhiser for the offenses occurring on August 16, 2018.

Tonya Sanders, 26, of Laceyville, was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of 12 months, and fines of $150, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Trooper Justin Walton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Sanders following investigation of an incident that occurred in Tuscarora Township on December 27, 2017.

Austin Merritt, 23, of New Albany, was sentenced to incarceration in the Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for State Intermediate Punishment for 24 months. State Intermediate Punishment is a two-year program run by the Department of Corrections. It begins with at least seven months of regular state prison. If approved, the inmate will then be placed in a drug/alcohol addiction center, followed by restricted living in a residential program. The third part is outpatient treatment and supervised placement in the community under drug and alcohol testing and monitoring. The Department of Corrections must be satisfied that the prisoner has made progress in rehabilitation from substance abuse. If not, the prisoner will be dismissed from the program and resentenced. Merritt will pay fines of $3,000, plus court costs, and restitution of $1,549, for the offenses of Theft by Deception, a felony of the third degree, and two counts of Receiving Stolen Property, the first a felony of the second degree, and the second a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Gregory Pimm, Robert Bernosky, and Patrick Roman of the Pennsylvania State Police filed the charges following investigation of incidents that occurred throughout Bradford County on various dates in 2018.

Guilty pleas

Damion Franklin, 25, LeRaysville, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Franklin will be sentenced August 29, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Franklin following investigation of an incident that occurred in Pike Township on January 29, 2019.

Eugene Moore, 59, Wyalusing, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Moore will be sentenced on August 29, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Matthew Podolinski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Moore following investigation of an incident that occurred in Pike Township on February 11, 2019.

John Vanderpool, 41, LeRaysville, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault, a felony of the second degree. Vanderpool will be sentenced on August 29, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joshua Fisher of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Vanderpool following investigation of an incident that occurred in Pike Township on January 29, 2019.

Russell Phillips III, 44, Sayre, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Driving Under the Influence-General Impairment, a misdemeanor, and Reckless Driving, a summary offense. Phillips will be sentenced at a later date following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Tyler Young of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Phillips for the offense on December 22, 2018.

Michael Jones, 25, Sayre, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and Reckless Endangering Another Person, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Jones will be sentenced on August 29, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Sergeant Keith Stackhouse of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Jones for the offense on January 25, 2019.

William Stern, 35, Towanda, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor, and Defiant Trespass, a summary offense. Stern will be sentenced at a later date following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Jeffery Roberts, 30, Owego, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Fleeing and Eluding, a felony of the third degree. Roberts will be sentenced on August 29, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Zachary Moore, 21, Waverly, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a felony. Moore will be sentenced on August 12, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Thomas Hulslander Jr., 25, Towanda, PA, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Jason Tripp, 39, Laceyville, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, a felony, Person Not to Possess a Firearm, a felony of the second degree, and Prohibited Offensive Weapon, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Tripp will be sentenced on a later date following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Candace Tripp, 25, Laceyville, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, a felony offense. Tripp will be sentenced on September 30, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Zachariah Blackwell, 20, Towanda, entered a plea of guilty before Magisterial District Judge Todd Carr to the offense of Neglect of Animals, a misdemeanor of the third degree, and was sentenced to a fine of $1,000, plus court costs.
