Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Ryker Packard, 26, of Gillett was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of five days to six months followed by six months of probation supervision, and fines of $500.00 plus court costs for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence (Tier II), an ungraded misdemeanor, and Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Trooper Scott Shipman of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Packard for the first offense following investigation of an incident that occurred on Roaring Run Road in South Creek Township on Aug. 10, 2018. Trooper Peter Lakkis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Packard for the second offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in South Creek Township on Feb. 14, 2019.

Veronique Rivera, 31, of Athens was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 10 days and 72 hours to 12 months, and fines of $1,500.00 plus court costs for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence (Tier III), and Driving Under the Influence (Tier I), both ungraded misdemeanors. Officer Travis Snyder of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Rivera for the first offense following investigation of an incident that occurred on Aug. 5, 2018. Officer James Condusta of the Athens Borough Police Department arrested Rivera for the second offence following investigation of an incident that occurred on Feb. 27, 2019.

Chelsey Aten, 24, of Groveland, New York, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 90 days to 24 months followed by three years of probation supervision, in addition to fines of $2,000.00 plus court costs for the offense of Driving Under the Influence (Tier III), a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Justin Millard of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Aten following investigation of an incident that occurred in South Creek Township on June 5, 2018.

Jeremy Heckman, 43, of Sayre was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of three months to 12 months plus court costs for the offense of Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Heckman following investigation of an incident that occurred on Dec. 16, 2018.

Elvis Chavez, 27, of Sayre was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of one month to five months, and fines of $500.00 plus court costs for the offenses of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of the second degree, and Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Chavez for the offenses following investigation of an incident occurring on Jan. 12, 2019.

Kimberly Roy, 41, of Ulster was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of 24 months, fines of $1,000.00 plus court costs, and restitution of $22,528.63 for the offenses of two counts of Forgery, felonies of the third degree. Trooper Nathan Lewis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Roy following investigation of an incident that occurred from Jan. 15, 2017 through March 10, 2018.

Ryan Taylor, 32, of Athens was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of five months to 23 months, fines of $500.00 plus court costs, and restitution of $2,970.00 for the offenses of Theft by Unlawful Taking, a misdemeanor of the first degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking, a felony of the third degree. Officer Steve Burlington of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Taylor for the first offense following investigation of an incident that occurred on Feb. 3, 2017. Officer Bruce Hoffman of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Taylor for the second offense following investigation of an incident that occurred on Dec. 8, 2019.

Kayden Martin, 17, of Towanda was sentenced to probation supervision for a term of six months for the offense of Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Trooper Justin Walton of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Martin following investigation of an incident that occurred in Monroe Township on Jan. 9, 2019.

Clayton Tillotson, 25, of Roaring Branch was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for a term of 90 days to five years, and fines of $2,350 plus court costs for the offenses of Driving Under the Influence, a misdemeanor of the first degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance, an ungraded misdemeanor, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an ungraded misdemeanor, and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, an ungraded misdemeanor. Officer Trey Kurtz of the Canton Borough Police Department arrested Tillotson for the offenses following investigation of an incident that occurred on July 12, 2018.

Kenneth Raymond, 35, of Towanda was sentenced to incarceration in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for a term of four years and seven months to 10 years, and restitution of $300.00 plus court costs for the offenses of Person Not to Possess Firearm, a felony of the first degree, Theft by Deception, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and Corruption of Minors, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Trooper Peter Lakkis, Trooper Michael Tracy, and Trooper Joseph Bednarski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raymond following investigation of incidents that occurred in North Towanda, Towanda, and Burlington townships on March 28, 2019, Aug. 10, 2018, and Aug. 2, 2018.

George Raymond Jr., 37, of Ulster was sentenced to incarceration in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for a term of 20 months to five years and fines of $1,000.00 plus court costs for the offenses of Conspiring to Commit Arson — Endangering Property, a felony of the second degree. Trooper Brian Atherholt of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raymond following investigation of an incident that occurred in Smithfield Township on Feb. 2, 2018.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following person recently entered a plea of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Terilyn Walters, 22, of Towanda entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Furnishing Alcohol to Minors, a misdemeanor of the third degree. Walters will be sentenced on Aug. 12, 2019 following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Jason Serfas of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Walters for the offense on Dec. 22, 2018.

Kenneth Raymond, 35, of Towanda entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Person Not to Possess a Firearm, a felony of the first degree. Walters was sentenced on June 17, 2019. Trooper Peter Lakkis of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Raymond following investigation of an incident that occurred in North Towanda Township on March 28, 2019.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Allen Wright, 37, of Gillett charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation Wright will be subject to supervision by the Bradford county Probation Department. Supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Additionally, Wright must perform community service with the DUI Litter Brigade and attend a Victim Impact Panel. He will also lose his Pennsylvania driving privilege for 60 days. Trooper Josiah Reiner of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Wright for the offense on March 8, 2019 in Towanda Borough.
