Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently sentenced in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Alexander Johns, 27, Troy, was sentenced to Probation Supervision for a term of 12 months and fines of $300.00, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Trooper Josiah Reiner of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Johns following investigation of an incident that occurred in Columbia Township on Jan. 24, 2019.

Briana Edwards, 26, of Athens was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for three months to 12 months and fines of $500.00, plus court costs. Edwards was placed in the ARD diversionary program but failed to comply with the program. The ARD was revoked and Edwards pleaded guilty. Edwards was charged with the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Trooper Nicholas Stoud of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Edwards following investigation of an incident that occurred in Sheshequin Township on Jan. 4, 2017.

Corey Rice, 33, of Tioga was sentenced to Probation Supervision for a term of 12 months and fines of $500.00, plus court costs, for the offenses of two counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking, misdemeanors of the second degree. Officer Ralph Dooley of the Troy Borough Police arrested Rice following investigation of incidents that occurred on Oct. 8, 2018.

T.J. Hooker, 35, Sayre, was sentenced to incarceration of the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to six months and fines of $1,750.00, plus court costs, for the offenses of Driving under the Influence, a misdemeanor, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Officer Casey Shiposh of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested Hooker for the offense occurring on Nov. 18, 2018.

Amanda Wenrich, 23, of Southport, New York, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 30 days to six months and fines of $750.00, plus court costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, a misdemeanor. Officer Michael Lamanna of the Towanda Borough Police arrested Wenrich for the offense occurring on Oct. 14, 2018.

Samantha Partridge, 29, Ashlynn, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 75 days to 23 months and 29 days, in addition to fines of $1,400.00, plus court costs, for the offenses of two counts of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the of the first degree, and a misdemeanor of the second degree. Officer Denny Slater of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Partridge for the first offense on June 13, 2018 Trooper M. Saloukha of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Partridge for the second offense following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Borough on April 14, 2018.

Michelle Russo, 36, Elmira, New York, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for four months to 23 months, 29 days and fines of $1,000.00, plus court costs, for the offense of Retail Theft, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Russo for the offense occurring on Jan. 9, 2019.

Steve Dickinson, 59, Wysox, was sentenced to incarceration in the Bradford County Correctional Facility for 45 days and probation supervision for a term of 18 months, followed by County Intermediate Punishment for 24 months. County Intermediate Punishment involves a combination of restrictions and supervision. It may include home confinement, electronic monitor, and substance abuse treatment. Violation can result in incarceration. Dickinson will also pay fines of $1,500.00, plus court costs, for the offense of Driving under the Influence, a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Trooper Gregory Pimm of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dickinson following investigation of an incident that occurred in Towanda Township on Nov. 26, 2018.

William Sutton III, 36, Sayre, was sentenced to incarceration in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility for 36 months to 84 months and fines of $1,500.00, plus court costs, for the offense of Possession with Intent to Deliver, a felony offense. Sutton’s sentences are consecutive to his other sentences. Officer Christopher Warren of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Sutton for the offense occurring on Jan. 9, 2019.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following person recently entered a plea of guilty in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Robert Werner, 66, Wysox, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence, a misdemeanor of the first degree. Werner will be sentenced on Aug. 15, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Luke Geiger of the Pennsylvania State Police Department arrested Werner following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on Feb. 2, 2019.

David George, 39, Sayre, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Fleeing and Eluding, a misdemeanor of the second degree. George will be sentenced on Aug. 15, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Derek Watkins of the Sayre Borough Police Department arrested George for the offense on Feb. 27, 2019.

Jonathan Truesdale, 62, Athens, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Simple Assault, a misdemeanor of second degree. Truesdale will be sentenced on Aug. 15, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Matthew Podolinski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Truesdale following investigation if an incident that occurred in Ulster Township on Sept. 2, 2018.

Calvin Kitchings, 38, Elmira, New York, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of two counts of Retail Theft, one a misdemeanor of the first degree and the second, a summary offense. Kitchings will be sentenced on Aug. 15, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Thomas VanFleet of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Kitchings for the offenses on March 2, 2019.

Shyanne Place, 20, Towanda, entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, a felony offense. Place will be sentenced on a later date, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Michael Tracy and Corporal Matthew Lopresto both of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Place following investigation of incidents that occurred in North Towanda Township on Feb. 21, 2019 and Jan. 13, 2019.

Ryan Hunsinger, 25, Sayre, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor. Hunsinger will be sentenced on a later date, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Officer Richard Horton of the Athens Township Police Department arrested Hunsinger for the offense on March 22, 2019.

Tyler Worrell, 21, Stevensville, entered a plea of guilty to the offense of Driving under the Influence (second in 10), a misdemeanor of the first degree. Worrell will be sentenced on Aug. 15, 2019, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Joseph Bednarski of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Worrell following investigation of an incident that occurred in Wysox Township on Nov. 23, 2018.

Bradley Cordner, 33, Monroeton entered a plea of guilty to the offenses of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), a felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Cordner will be sentenced on a later date, following preparation of a presentence report by the Bradford County Probation Department. Trooper Scott Hawley and Trooper Robert Borkowski both of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Cordner following investigation of incidents that occurred in Towanda Township and Wysox Township on Oct. 17, 2018 and Oct. 25, 2018.

Bradford County District Attorney Daniel J. Barrett reported that the following persons were recently accepted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in the Bradford County Court of Common Pleas, Towanda, Pennsylvania:

Kyle Robinson, 20, Wyalusing, charged with the offense of Driving under the Influence, was accepted into the ARD Program and placed on probation for a term of nine months. While on probation, Robinson will be subject to supervision by the Bradford County Probation Department which supervision will include monitoring for drug or alcohol use. Trooper Josiah Reiner of the Pennsylvania State Police arrested Robinson for an offense occurring on March 10, 2019, in Wyalusing Township.
