Police seeking information following Towanda burglary

Pennsylvania State Police in Towanda have asked community members to contact them with any information relating to a burglary on Sugar Creek Road in Towanda.

Pennsylvania State Police are searching for information after a burglary occurred on Sugar Creek Road in Towanda resulting in the theft of six firearms (four being inoperable), jewelry and technology.

A public information release report provided by state police in Towanda shows that officers responded to a residence on Sugar Creek Road on Thursday and determined that a burglary had occurred between Sunday, April 21 at 2 p.m. and Thursday, April 25 at 10:30 a.m.

According to police documents, the suspect(s) entered the home through a side window and stole a 54 inch television, flintlock pistol, Davy Crockett 41 Caliber Rifle (inoperable) and four western style pistols (all inoperable) including a 36 single action pistol, Wild Bill Hitchcock Revolver, Wyatt Earp 44 Revolver and Jesse James Revolver as well as a Dell laptop computer, H/P Printer and assorted jewelry valuing $100.
