Charles Warren “Chip” Luckman, 52, of 3630 Covered Bridge Road, Towanda, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019 at his home following declining health. “Chip” was born in Sayre, on Aug. 15, 1966, the son of Warren Harry Luckman and Mary Bailey Luckman. Chip attended SRU High School in East Smithfield and in early years worked in construction for a brief time. He worked with Duane Petrucci in his furniture restoration business for a number of years and later opened his own business, Saco Hill Furniture Restoration which he operated until declining health no longer permitted him to continue.

Chip enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing and playing pool with the Bradford County Pool League.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Lee Heasley Luckman; his mother, Mary Bailey Luckman of Towanda; children, Brandon Luckman of Towanda, Amber Luckman of Towanda; grandson, Jayden Charles Jayne; sister, Tammy (Tim) Glisson of Ulster, several additional siblings, nieces and nephews who were all very special to him. Chip was predeceased by his father, Warren Luckman.

A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.

The Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home of Towanda, is assisting the Luckman Family with arrangements.
